Some plans may also fund other supports — speak with your plan manager or LAC to confirm what's included in yours.
How your NDIS plan is managed affects how you book — here's what that looks like in practice.
A plan manager handles your invoices, so you can book and attend appointments directly with us — no extra paperwork needed on the day.
You manage your own funding and claims. You can book directly with us and we'll provide the invoices you need to claim through the NDIS portal.
The NDIA manages your funding directly. You may need to book through your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator — get in touch and we can help you work out the right process.
Each participant's needs and goals are different, so your first visit is about understanding yours.
We take the time to properly understand your current situation, function and what you'd like to achieve.
Your physiotherapist creates a treatment plan tailored to your goals — not a generic protocol.
We track progress against your goals over time, adjusting your plan as your needs change.
Yes, we're a registered NDIS provider. You can read more about what that means, and what to expect from a registered provider, on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website.
No referral is required to book if you're plan-managed or self-managed. NDIA-managed participants may need to book through their support coordinator.

Whether a service is NDIS-funded depends on your individual plan and what's reasonable and necessary for your goals — see the NDIS's own guidance on what supports are funded. Speak with your plan manager or Local Area Coordinator to confirm what's included, or bring your plan details to your first visit and we'll help you understand what's possible.
Contact us to book an initial assessment, and bring your NDIS plan details — plan number, and your plan manager or support coordinator's contact details — to your first visit.
