Whole-person care
We look at the person in front of us, not just the injury written on a referral. Your goals, your work, your sport and your life shape the plan — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
We're a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic in Yagoona, bringing physiotherapists, chiropractors, remedial massage and sports therapists together under one roof — so your care isn't limited to a single technique, or squeezed into someone else's idea of a treatment plan.
Every practitioner at Next Phase has their own approach and technique. What we share is a single purpose — helping you get back to doing the things you actually want to do.
We look at the person in front of us, not just the injury written on a referral. Your goals, your work, your sport and your life shape the plan — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, remedial massage and sports therapists — each with their own individual approach. Collectively, we're all working toward the same outcome: your quality of life.
Clear explanations, realistic expectations and a plan you actually understand — no gimmicks, no guarantees we can't back up, just honest care.
Open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week — yes, even Sundays. Most services don't need a GP referral, so you can book in when it suits you, not when the system does.
Our Yagoona clinic brings together physiotherapy, chiropractic, remedial massage, dry needling, shockwave therapy, Hijama and a dedicated Clinical Pilates studio — all in the one building, with a team who talk to each other about your care.
*If you're claiming through WorkCover, CTP, DVA or a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan, please bring your referral to your first visit.
