Structured rehabilitation after sprains, strains, fractures and surgery — guided step by step, at the pace your body can adapt to.
Hands-on treatment and graded movement to help settle back, neck and joint pain — and a plan to address what's driving it.
Targeted mobility work to restore range of motion in stiff joints and tight muscles, so everyday movement feels easier.
Individualised strength and conditioning programs that rebuild capacity — for sport, physical work or simply keeping up with life.
Movement retraining and workplace advice for posture-related neck, shoulder and back complaints.
Load management, education and prevention strategies so the same problem doesn't keep coming back.
Persistent lower-back pain, neck tension and posture-related aches.
Sprains, strains, tendon issues and overload injuries at every level.
Structured rehab after knee, shoulder, hip and spinal surgery.
Not sure if your condition belongs on this list? Every plan starts with an assessment — if physiotherapy isn't the right fit, we'll point you toward what is, including our chiropractors and remedial massage therapists under the same roof. Curious what a typical session involves? Read our guide to manual therapy, explained.
Our physiotherapists are university-qualified and registered with AHPRA — and they work alongside our chiropractors and massage therapists, so your care never hits a dead end.

Leena completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Her focus is helping you regain independence — recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions and taking back control of your health through movement.

You'll leave with a clear explanation, hands-on treatment started, and a plan with milestones you understand and agree with.
Do you need a GP referral? No — physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly. If you're claiming through WorkCover, CTP, DVA or a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan, bring your GP referral to your first appointment.

Range of motion returns and strength work begins — graded loading that your body can adapt to.
Back to sport, work and life — with a maintenance plan so the injury stays in the past.
Every injury and every person is different — timeframes shown are an example only. Your physiotherapist will map out a plan specific to you.
A large part of our week is spent supporting people through the NDIS, WorkCover and CTP. We know the paperwork, the approvals and the reporting — so you can focus on getting better, not chasing forms.

Your program lives in your pocket — clear exercises prescribed after each session. A peek inside:
General exercise guidance only, for education purposes — not a substitute for individual assessment. These are illustrative examples; your physiotherapist will confirm which exercises, and how many reps and sets, are right for your injury and stage of recovery. Stop and speak with your physiotherapist if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

It depends on your condition, your goals and how your body responds — every person is different. Your physiotherapist will outline an expected plan at your first visit and review it with you as you progress.
